If its not fresh we don't sell it.
At Miss Feaver Florist we guarantee the quality of our flowers. We buy fresh flowers almost daily from the auction and direct from quality specialised growers and also grow some of our own!
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will discuss the issue with you and provide full replacement or refund as appropriate.
We will acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days, investigate the complaint promptly, and keep you informed of progress. Please note that if we are using one of our worldwide organisations delays can happen especially with the time difference between countries.
